Our milk from Hesse!
Our milk comes from small farms in Hesse.
Today we would like to introduce you to Dr. Peter Hamel, who is one of these farmers and has been running a farm together with his wife Sabine since 1997, where cows, pigs, chickens, cats and swallows have a home.
Dr. Peter Hamel attaches great importance to peasant farming, diversity in fields and farms, GMO-free agriculture and ammonia reduction in stables and slurry. Animal-friendly husbandry methods and energy-efficient management are particularly close to his heart. He combines traditional knowledge with the latest scientific findings for the benefit of nature, humans and animals.
