As of 1 August 2021, we are looking for motivated and committed apprentices for our plant in Schlüchtern for the following profession:

Apprenticeship dairy technologist (m/f/d)

Fields of work and content of the training:
Milk technologists process raw milk into dairy products. They also carry out quality controls, package milk and dairy products and store them. The training lasts three years. Vocational school lessons and inter-company training are carried out in block form at the Gewerbliche und Landwirtschaftliche Schule in Wangen/Allgäu. Instruction is given in blocks of 12 weeks in total per training year in 2 sections of 6 weeks each.

Focal points of training:

  • Control of complex production processes
  • Milk reception and further processing into dairy products
  • Application of technologies for the production of dairy products
  • Preparation, operation and retrofitting of highly technical production systems
  • Application of process control techniques, fault detection and elimination
  • Intensive monitoring of product quality
  • Observance of strictest hygiene in production
