We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to present yourself to us as an interesting applicant. However, please understand that, for legal reasons, we are required to inform you below about the use of your personal data.
We offer you the opportunity to apply via our online application form. You enter your data independently into the online form. Registration with IMMERGUT is intended exclusively for adults. Parents or legal guardians may be responsible for protecting the privacy of their children. If you are under 16 years of age, we require the consent of your legal guardians for legal reasons. By submitting your application, you also declare that you are at least 16 years old or, if you are younger, that your legal guardians consent to your application to IMMERGUT.
Your personal data and all documents that you enter on this page are transmitted and stored electronically in encrypted form. They are recorded directly in our applicant database. This applicant database is provided to us by our software partner for the processing of applications. This IT system is operated in accordance with the specifications of the IMMERGUT corporate group.
You will receive a confirmation of receipt after submitting your application.
If you apply for a specific job posting, your documents will initially be reviewed for that position. If the position has already been filled, or if you have not applied for a specific position, we will be happy to consider your application for various possible roles at Immergut. We reserve the right to store the submitted data and documents in our “applicant pool” in order to proactively—but of course without obligation—offer you possible future alternative positions based on your interesting profile. If we intend to do so, you will be informed in advance.
Your data and documents will be stored and used exclusively for purposes related to recording and processing your interest in a current or future position at Immergut. They are accessible only to the relevant HR managers.
Naturally, your application will be treated with strict confidentiality and in accordance with current data protection regulations and will not be passed on to third parties. Your consent to data processing will be documented.
If you conclude an employment contract with Immergut, the information you submit may become part of your personnel file and be used for administrative purposes within the scope of the employment relationship. The data will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
Your trust is important to us. Therefore, we are always available to answer any questions regarding the processing of your personal data. If you have any data protection–related questions regarding your application, you can contact our data protection officer as follows:
